Team Brown is led by husband and wife duo Jeff and Colette Brown, operating under Sutton Group - Kilkenny Real Estate in Winnipeg. Jeff has been a top producer every year since 2005, working every aspect of residential real estate - representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks across houses, condos, income properties, new home sales, vacation properties, and commercial properties.

Colette joined Jeff six years ago, bringing expertise as Director of Operations, Photographer, and Videographer, along with a Social Media and Digital Marketing Certificate from Herzing College. Together they're dedicated to making the home-buying and selling process as stress-free as possible.

One of their unique specialties is helping seniors during the buying or selling process, including help with decluttering, cleaning, fixing up, and preparing properties to increase value. They've received multiple awards including Sutton's Diamond Award in 2023, Manitoba's Realtor Board Bronze Team Award, and MLS Medallion Club recognition for consecutive years.
